1:1 Online Coaching - Monthly

$150 per month

Best for clients who want ongoing support with flexible commitment.

Includes:

  • Customized workout program

  • Ongoing program adjustments

  • General nutrition guidance

  • Weekly progress check-ins

  • Remote delivery via shared documents, online forms, and video calls

Month-to-month billing. Cancel with notice prior to your next billing date.

1:1 Online Coaching - 3-Month Commitment

$400 total (12 weeks)
$50 less than the month-to-month enrollment over the same period.

A 12-week coaching commitment designed for deeper focus and consistent progression.
Best for clients seeking a structured coaching process with defined progression.

Includes everything in the Monthly option, plus:

  • Initial movement assessment

  • A phased progression plan across 12 weeks

  • Scheduled virtual coaching calls

  • Structured review at the end of the 12-week block

Delivered remotely via shared documents, online forms, and video calls.

Paid upfront. Manual renewal at the end of the 12-week term.

In-Person Coaching — San Diego Only

Limited availability for local clients in the San Diego area.

60-minute one-on-one sessions focused on movement quality, strength development, and structured progression. Training location is confirmed after inquiry and may include a private space or approved facility.

Session packages begin at $75 per session, with reduced per-session rates at higher monthly frequencies. Monthly session packages are available:

• 4 sessions per month
• 8 sessions per month
• 12 sessions per month

Single sessions are also available for focused technique work or supplemental support.

In-person coaching requires screening prior to enrollment.

  • Coaching begins with a brief inquiry form. After reviewing your responses, we’ll follow up directly if it appears to be a good fit and provide enrollment details.

  • Inquiries are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours. Please check your inbox and spam folder for a response.

  • Once enrollment is confirmed, you’ll receive a brief intake form to confirm some details. After reviewing your information, we’ll confirm your start date and outline next steps.

  • Monthly online coaching is billed month-to-month.
    The 3-month option requires a 12-week commitment.

  • Yes. After completing a 3-month term, you may continue month-to-month or renew another 12-week block. In-person frequency can also be adjusted as availability allows.

  • No. Programming is built around the equipment you have access to, whether at home or in a commercial gym.

  • In-person coaching is available to clients in the San Diego area. Sessions may take place in a private training space (limited availability), at an approved facility, or at your commercial gym if permitted. Location and associated pricing are confirmed prior to enrollment.

  • Yes. Programming is adjusted based on experience level, movement ability, and goals.
